Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, attacks, automated scraping beyond reasonable limits, or reproducing content without permission.
3. Intellectual property
All content, logos, articles, and demo code are copyright DigiWorkHub unless otherwise stated. Attribution required for citation.
4. Service agreements
Software, outsourcing, and infrastructure engagements are governed by separate signed contracts (SOW/MSA). The website itself does not create binding service obligations.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DigiWorkHub is not liable for indirect damages arising from website use. Content is provided 'as is'.
6. Governing law
Vietnamese law applies. Disputes resolved by competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City.
