01 · Challenge
The Challenge
The operator's sales operations relied on Salesforce for lead and opportunity management, while outbound telesales campaigns ran on the Aarenet Contact Center platform. The two systems operated in silos: sales reps had to manually export leads from Salesforce and import them into the contact center, causing delays, data inconsistency, and missed campaign windows. The operator issued a public tender for a turnkey integration solution.

Our Approach
- 01Won the competitive tender with a proposal emphasizing real-time sync, fault tolerance, and minimal disruption to existing workflows.
- 02Developed a middleware connector using event-driven architecture with webhook listeners and REST API bridges.
- 03Implemented bidirectional sync: Salesforce campaigns → Aarenet dialer queues, and Aarenet call results → Salesforce lead updates.
- 04Built retry logic, circuit breakers, and dead-letter queues to ensure no leads are lost during outages.
- 05Delivered with full API documentation and operator training for both Salesforce and Aarenet administrators.
